Car wash operators together at the OptSpot Freedom Summit

The OptSpot Freedom Summit · 2027

Registration is open

Stop figuring it out alone.

Four days at Saddlebrook Resort with the best express car wash operators in the country. The ones who keep showing up are the ones whose businesses keep growing.

What this is

Every decision you made alone this year, someone in that room already figured out.

You built a great car wash. But most days it feels like you built yourself a job. Every fire lands on your desk. The other operators in your market aren't the ones you call when something's wrong. Your GM can't weigh in on the membership pricing decision you've been sitting on for three months. Your accountant doesn't know what a good cost-per-member looks like.

You shouldn't have to carry all of it by yourself.

Saddlebrook Resort, Wesley Chapel, Florida

The venue

Saddlebrook Resort · Wesley Chapel, Florida

480 acres. Championship golf on a Rees Jones-redesigned course. Freshly renovated rooms. A spa. Great food. Enough space that the week never feels like a conference.

This isn't a hotel ballroom with catering. It's the kind of place people talk about before they even tell you what they learned.

Room block

We have a negotiated rate at Saddlebrook for Summit attendees. Book through the link below. The block has a deadline and closes when it fills.

Book your room

Rate available through December 15, 2026.

How the days work

Work hard. Play harder. Every day.

Mornings are focused sessions on your business. The rest of the day is yours -- the pool, the golf course, the dinners where the best conversations happen. This is where the OptSpot team gets to know you outside of Zoom, and where the relationships that carry you through the year actually get built.

Mornings

Sessions

Three hours on the numbers that actually move: membership conversion, pricing, retention, and the operating decisions most operators make by gut instead of data.

Afternoons

Pool deck and peer time

The questions you bring to Wesley Chapel get answered by operators who've already solved them. This isn't a breakout room -- it's a table by the pool with people who run a business like yours.

Evenings

Golf, dinners, and the rest

The golf course, GOAT Kitchen, and the conversations that go long after the check comes. This is where the OptSpot team gets to know you -- and where most of the real friendships start.

The people

Ask anyone who's been. They talk about the room more than the sessions.

Nobody in your town runs your kind of business. Your GM can't weigh in on the membership pricing decision you've been sitting on for three months. Your accountant doesn't know what a good cost-per-member looks like. But the operator who figured that out two years ago -- who's now opening his third location -- is going to be at that table in January.

The relationships from Freedom Summit don't end when people fly home. They turn into phone calls on the way to the wash, a group text that goes off when something breaks, and the first call you make when you're about to do something you've never done before.

Each Freedom Summit gets better and better. I now get to call so many of them friends.
Ryan Blanchard
H2GO Car Wash, three-time attendee
This summit was the most beneficial for me personally. The vibe is about everyone connecting and being together, so it invites people to open up and have conversations that maybe you wouldn't have at a normal convention or event.
Sal B.
Freedom Summit attendee
I've been to a lot of conferences and training. OptSpot is genuine and you can really feel it. They've built something real here, and the best part for me and my business is that they're willing to share all of it.
Truitt L.
Freedom Summit attendee
Delivered powerful content, practical takeaways, and real connections with people who genuinely want to see me win.

Bring your GM or your business partner. The teams who come together tend to get the most out of the week.

What to expect

You'll leave knowing what to do Monday morning.

Clarity on your next move

Pricing. Membership conversion. Labor. The operating decisions most operators make by gut. You leave with a clear picture of what to change and what to leave alone.

People you can actually call

The operator who solved your membership churn problem two years ago will be at that table. So will the one who hired a GM who actually runs things. You leave with their numbers in your phone.

More energy for your business

Most operators leave the Freedom Summit more excited about their business than when they arrived. That's not an accident. It's what happens when you spend four days with people who get it.

Work hard, play hard, no drama

Five days in Wesley Chapel in January while the rest of the country is frozen. The golf course, the pool, the dinners. This is the culture OptSpot builds -- and why people come back every year.

Full agenda, venue, and speaker lineup go out to everyone who registers.

Questions

Before you register

Who is this for? +

Car wash operators and the leaders on their teams. Whether you run one location or a dozen, the room is built for people growing on purpose.

Am I stuck in sessions all day? +

No, and that's deliberate. Mornings are teaching, afternoons are collaboration, and evenings are for community. We build in real time for golf, dinners, and the conversations that happen around them.

Can I bring my team? +

Yes, and we'd encourage it. You can register up to 3 people from your wash in one checkout, and operators who come with their GM or their business partner tend to leave with a plan the whole team already owns.

What does registration cover? +

The three days: sessions, collaboration, summit materials, and meals during the event including the welcome dinner. Travel and lodging are booked separately.

Where exactly is it? +

Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, Florida, about 30 miles north of Tampa. 480 acres, championship golf, freshly renovated rooms, and enough space that the week doesn't feel like a conference.

Where do we stay? +

We have a room block at Saddlebrook at a discounted rate. Book your room here. The block closes December 15, 2026 or when it fills, so don't wait on it.

How does the golf tournament work? +

The Annual OptSpot Freedom Golf Tournament is optional and runs the day everyone arrives. It's $149 per player, and rental clubs are $80 a set if you'd rather not fly with yours. You choose both during registration.

What if I have to cancel? +

Full refund through November 15, 2026. After that and through December 15, 2026, you get the full amount as credit toward the 2028 Summit. After December 15, 2026 we've already guaranteed headcount to the venue, so there's no refund or credit, but you can always transfer your seat instead.

Can I send someone else in my place? +

Yes, any time right up to the first day, free, and as many times as you need. If January gets complicated at your wash, send your GM or your partner rather than eating the cost. Email bre@optspot.com with their details.

Can I bring my spouse or my kids? +

Yes. There's nothing extra to pay during registration, but we ask during checkout so we can plan the week around everyone who's coming.

Something we didn't cover? Email bre@optspot.com.
