What this is
Freedom Summit started because car wash operators rarely get time to work on the business instead of in it. Every January, a group of operators steps out of the day-to-day, digs into real strategy, and walks away with the tools and the people to follow through.
The 2027 Summit is at Saddlebrook Resort outside Tampa. January 14-18.
The venue
480 acres of natural Florida landscape, 30 minutes from Tampa. Championship golf on a Rees Jones-redesigned course, freshly renovated rooms, great food, a spa, and enough space that the week never feels like a conference.
The golf tournament runs on the Rees Jones course the day everyone arrives. Everything else stays on the property: meals, sessions, and the evenings that tend to be the part people talk about most.

How the days work
Every morning is focused time on your business. The rest of the day protects space for the meals, the golf, and the longer conversations where most of the real relationships happen.

Yes, and we'd encourage it. You can register up to 3 people from your wash in one checkout, and operators who come with their GM or their business partner tend to leave with a plan the whole team already owns.
The three days: sessions, collaboration, summit materials, and meals during the event including the welcome dinner. Travel and lodging are booked separately.

The Annual OptSpot Freedom Golf Tournament is optional and runs the day everyone arrives. It's $149 per player, and rental clubs are $80 a set if you'd rather not fly with yours. You choose both during registration.
Full refund through November 15, 2026. After that and through December 15, 2026, you get the full amount as credit toward the 2028 Summit. After December 15, 2026 we've already guaranteed headcount to the venue, so there's no refund or credit, but you can always transfer your seat instead.
Yes, any time right up to the first day, free, and as many times as you need. If January gets complicated at your wash, send your GM or your partner rather than eating the cost. Email bre@optspot.com with their details.
