Terms and refund policy

Refunds
On or before November 15, 2026
Full refund of everything you paid, including golf entry and club rental. Email us and we'll process it back to the original payment method.
After November 15, 2026 and on or before December 15, 2026
No cash refund, but you get the full amount as a credit toward the OptSpot Freedom Summit 2028. The credit is good for that event and doesn't expire before it.
After December 15, 2026
No refund and no credit. By this point we've guaranteed headcount, food, and space to the venue based on who's registered. You can still transfer your seat to someone else at no cost.
Transfers
You can transfer a registration to someone else from your business at any time, right up to the first day of the Summit. Transfers are free and there's no limit on them. If January gets complicated at your wash, send your GM or your partner instead of eating the cost.
Email hello@optspot.com with the new person's name, email, phone, shirt size, and any dietary restrictions.
Golf tournament and club rental
Golf entry ($149) and club rental ($80 per set) can be dropped separately through December 31, 2026, refunded in full, without affecting your Summit registration. After that date they're non-refundable, because the course and the rental sets are committed on our final headcount.
If OptSpot cancels or reschedules
If we cancel the Summit, you get a full refund of everything you paid us, regardless of the dates above. If we move it to different dates and they don't work for you, you can take a full refund or a credit toward the next Summit, whichever you prefer.
We can't refund travel or lodging you booked on your own, so please wait for our venue and room block email before you book flights.
What registration covers
Registration covers the three days of the Summit: teaching sessions, collaboration time, your growth blueprint, Summit materials, and meals during the event including the welcome dinner. It does not cover travel or lodging, which you book separately. Golf entry and club rental are priced separately and are optional.
You can register up to 3 people from your business in one checkout.
Text messages
Agreeing to Summit text messages is part of registering. It's how we send venue details, the hotel room block, schedule changes, and day-of logistics, including things that change while you're already travelling. These messages are about the event you registered for. The consent language shown at registration is:
I agree to receive text messages from OptSpot about the Freedom Summit at the mobile number provided, including registration details, venue and travel information, schedule updates, and day-of logistics. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
You can reply STOP to any message at any time and we'll stop texting you, even though you agreed at registration. Reply HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We'll always email you the things you need in order to attend, so opting out of texts won't leave you without the details.
We won't use this to market unrelated OptSpot products to you. If we ever want to text you about something other than this Summit, we'll ask you separately.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. Charges appear on your statement from OptSpot.
